Not really rogue related at all, but here’s the tool tip for the Mind Amplification Dish as it stands at the moment. The cooldown might be dropped to 6 minutes, which sounds promising.
I guess it was wishful thinking to hope that it added new graphics onto your old helm – instead it replaces the graphics of your current helm with the following. Oh well, it’s an improvement on the T8 helm (though in fairness, so is Whitemane’s Chapeau/decapitation).
